I have been drinking quite a bit more water and spent some time on the treadmill. Only 10 to 15 minutes at a time because it is really boring. Lean Cuisine, Smart Ones and Progresso 0-point soups keep me from messing up at work or in the evening when the food commercials on TV start to get to me. My goal weight is in sight.
181.0 lb Lost so far: 24.0 lb.    Still to go: 6.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 3.5 lb a week
