Only a few days in, and I believe this diet is definitely for me. I stopped having cravings for bad carbs, and I find myself getting full by just eating steamed broccoli and cauliflower.
346.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 146.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

thats awesome. i wish i would stop having cravings. i took a sip of my sons sprite today to take my medicine and it was AWFUL! so that helped soda wise! lol but i crave sweets like crazy!! im happy to hear its working for you!
