I wish I felt better about this but I still get disappointed that I let myself become so overweight. but the best part is is I've done this a few times so I know exactly how to do it and I don't mess around with my health I absolutely do not want to be sick I absolutely want to lose weight but keep my muscle mass. I think one of the hardest parts about this diet is just not eating enough in fact I can eat a lot of me and I can eat all my veggies but I always feel like I'm eating too much but that's not the healthy way to get to this point all I have to do is just keep my eye on the ball and win this contest.
