exercised 1 day only on Wed due to public holiday that was on tuesdays 21/3 & I was off on mon also had a extra long weekend....exercise not followed but I tried to eat right did overdo it sometimes need to keep an eye on my portion sizes🤗🙄
257.7 lb Lost so far: 17.9 lb.    Still to go: 59.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
