I've been on Weight Watchers for 4 weeks, weighing in weekly. I am trying to write down everything I eat, and to eat a little slower. I am trying to stay for the meetings in order to gain support and new ideas for food...especially snacks. I have eaten out a few times each week, trying to watch what I select and eat a little closer. I have had one wonderful food reward...a warm cinnamon swirl from Mrs. Winners restaurant. Some say do not reward yourself with food, but anytime I lose 5 pounds in one week, I will reward myself as I wish. We all have to have something to look forward to! According to my weigh-ins at WW, I have lost 8.6 pounds total. Now to get myself exercising...some way!
194.6 lb Lost so far: 0.4 lb.    Still to go: 44.6 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Same here...I have been doing WW since sometime in January and have done good. Got of soda's too. But I just can't get into the mood to exercise. I have 5 1/2 more pounds to reach my first goal weight and it feels like I am at a stand still at the moment. But I'm going to keep on pluggin' along. I don't weigh in at any meetings either. I am doing this on my own. That is one of the reasons I got on this site...so every Friday I have my own weigh in and I post it here...so that I will feel accountable for my weight losses and gains.
