Highly stressful week - ate like crap but the stress must've balanced it out. Feeling a bit gross though... I'm planning to make a bunch of roast veggies for dinner tonight and am looking forward to it SOOOOOO much! My body is craving good food.
145.7 lb Lost so far: 1.3 lb.    Still to go: 9.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
