This weekend I really kinda let loose. I stayed within my calories, but it was crap I was putting in my body. I'm ready to start fresh again. I know that there are going to be things that come up and I'm not always going to be able to eat perfectly, but I coul've made some better choices for sure.
172.8 lb Lost so far: 8.2 lb.    Still to go: 42.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.2 lb a week
