I remain steadfast in my hope to weigh 100 lbs again.
105.5 lb Lost so far: 4.5 lb.    Still to go: 5.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1735 kcal Fat: 78.46g | Prot: 41.34g | Carb: 217.05g.   Breakfast: David Seeds Original Sunflower Seeds, Tea (Brewed), Orange Juice, Rice and Shine Organic Whole Grain Brown Rice Hot Cereal, Applesauce Unsweetened. Lunch: Spinach, Hummus, Trader Joe's Gluten Free Plain Bagel, Trader Joe's All Natural Uncured Beef Hot Dogs, Starbucks Iced Green Tea (Venti). Dinner: Unsweetened Iced Tea, In-N-Out French Fries. Snacks/Other: Popcornopolis Zebra Chocolate Popcorn, Glutino Gluten Free Breakfast Bars - Strawberry, Coffee with Sugar. more...
