1. What a beautiful Spring day!
2. Got out with my plants this morning. Always helps relax the mind.
3. Blood Sugar was 121 mg/dL.
4. Blood Pressure was 146/93 @ 86 bpm.
5. Ketosis was a 43 today. My Ketosis seems to be dipping in and out over the last week or so. Not sure why this is, it really should be getting stronger. Guess I need to challenge my body more to get the results I really want.
6. My weight is down again today. Three days of loss in a row. Still a long way to go.
7. I have got to start building muscle to burn more fat and get my Keto to the next level.
8. Stress level in the house is still way too high. I have got to get out more.
9. A new day dawns every morning, make the most of it.
10. A good salad is always a good idea...
