Electrolytes
Sunday Chicken salad ( Susie to sweetee dressing, 2 cups milky coffee, then cabbage supper with balance of chicken salad , at 12 creamy tea.
Up 100grams 👊🏽
142.2 lb Lost so far: 21.2 lb.    Still to go: 20.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 1.5 lb a week
