OK, this is the third week that I haven't lost anything. I'm trying, but I'm at a standstill. I was excited having lost 5 lbs since I started but I really need to loose a lot more before my A1C blood test next month.

Hi, Yes, that's discouraging, but keep in mind that a standstill is way better than going up. Just keep doing the good things you're doing for yourself and you may see a few pounds lost next week. I would've joined the no chocolate challenge, but haven't been online in a while (but I guess you already know that, huh?) :)
