Yesterday
Electrolytes
Then lunch at Woolies
Chicken in cream in broccoli , two pieces sweet potatoe with blob of butter
Then two teas with fresh cream
Then mutton curry and Cauli salad
Then 100 ml yogurt
142.0 lb Lost so far: 21.4 lb.    Still to go: 20.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.5 lb a week
