Feeling great! tracking all food and exercise! at the gym most days, doing cardio and weights. need to drink more water. joined a ladies Bible study. gave away a huge pile of my fat clothes! the new me is not going back to those this time! Down 57 pounds from my start and down from size 22 to size 14/16 and large instead of 2XL.
