I started Friday 02/03 and have done fairly well, not a bad diet for me; my doctor has wanted me to try low carb for a year now, so here I am! Todays weight is a gain of one pound, I weigh every day, so that will be expected from time to time I am sure. I started at 283 on Friday. I need to do a better job of planning and not try to rush out the door grabbing things on the fly.
