1. Happy Saint Patrick's Day! And Eirinn go Brach to ya!
2. Gained a little weight back today. :-(
3. Blood Sugar was 96 mg/dL.
4. Blood Pressure was 145/97 @ 77 bpm.
5. Back in Ketosis today @ 41 on the breath meter.
6. Yep! gonna drink today...and too much at that!
7. Picture is of my Blackened Sea Bass with lemon cream sauce and venison sausage. I served it up with some fresh sautéed green beans. Good stuff.
