yup so my weight went up today im not pleased. i really let myself go last week but not now. my roommate has been hitting the gym starting yesterday and while im not quite comfortable heading to the gym yet i have started my jillian michaels ripped in 30 again and today was day 2 of week 1! i do it when she goes to the gym so that way its like its scheduled in for me. i was extremely stressed today so i overate n while eatting i knew it was bad but couldnt stop. so tomorrow i will be better. i have been drinking alot of water though.. maybe even too much
147.0 lb Lost so far: 9.0 lb.    Still to go: 15.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
