Paleo Judy's Journal, 16 March 2017

Note for food intolerance/sleep record. Best not to have two full chicken dinners in one day, as this was too much for me and triggered somnolence until 2.00 am and then insomnia afterwards.

Followed up on Jamie's idea of Paleo pancakes. Did some almond meal pancakes which went down a storm with my sons, and I've also bought some bananas to try out banana pancakes.
141.7 lb Lost so far: 2.3 lb.    Still to go: 3.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
