I found out that I have high cholesterol this week!! I'm 35 years old and it's 222. Time to REALLY step it up and exercise along with dieting. It's more motivating to to both when it's for your health, too.
174.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 15.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Good Luck on the Exercise. I'm sure you will benefit in several ways!! My husband and I have been watching what we eat for cholesterol for about a year now... so hopefully that's helping?!?! I send you energy & strength to really throw down and exercise!!
