Wife is a Take Shape for Life Coach and has lost 35 lbs since mid-October.
Strictly following the guidelines and it works without hunger and becomes easier by the week. Losing 1 to 2 lbs a week. Exercise 3 days a week, treadmill 1 to 2 miles at 3.5 incline and 3.5 speed.
