Started on January 2, 2012 at 168 , goal 135= 33 lbs loss.
February 6th at 154 = 12 lbs loss since 1/9/12

Wife is a Take Shape for Life Coach and has lost 35 lbs since mid-October.

Strictly following the guidelines and it works without hunger and becomes easier by the week. Losing 1 to 2 lbs a week. Exercise 3 days a week, treadmill 1 to 2 miles at 3.5 incline and 3.5 speed.
154.0 lb Lost so far: 12.0 lb.    Still to go: 19.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
