Maybe calorie increase, high protein, low carb is settling in, 2 pounds down! Its late in the day better get my workout in! Cardio Groove Dance Party!

Thanks lady, I did readyou blog. Sometimes I expect too much and dont give myslef enough credit for the changes I have made. Recently realized if I can hold at 250 for 3 months then thats a great sign that I can maintain a helathy weight what ever that will be for me. I also agree that the goal is definately not to be skinny! That use to b emy thinking but a sthis journey becomes a real life style change my ideas have become more realistic and I want to be a size healthy whatever that is for me. I just continue to work on self defeating behaviors and make more positive changes where they can be made. Thanks for your support!
