Yesterday had electrolytes
Had home made cappachino with cream
Then had
Chicken and Cauli salad supper
And a cupful at 12:00am
Then ate an entire salad of caring candy
142.9 lb Lost so far: 20.5 lb.    Still to go: 21.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 5.4 lb a week
