1. It's Hump Day!!! 2. Weight came back down today. Although, I don't see how. Too many calories again yesterday, and way too many carbs. 3. I did stay in Ketosis with the meter at 56 today. 4. Blood sugar was 115 mg/dL. 5. Blood pressure was 146/95 @ 80 bpm. 6. Three days now with no real exercise. I have got to do better than this. 7. Steak night Tonight!!!
