I've been doing really good this week. I'm down another 4 lbs in 5 days!! My husband has already noticed the difference in my body, my jeans are fitting looser, I feel really good. I wish I had time to exercise but with all 3 kids sick this week, the best I can do is stick with induction as well as I have. Some days I don't even get up to 20 g. of carbs, and that's great to see at the end of a rough day. I feel full faster, that's for sure. The last couple of days I haven't been drinking anough water so I'll need to concentrate on that more.
216.0 lb Lost so far: 9.0 lb.    Still to go: 46.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
