Doing good. Splurged alittle bit for the Superbowl but we had lots of veggies to eat so I did pretty good. Now back to the work week and back to my normal eating schedule. 5lbs gone!!
250.0 lb Lost so far: 10.0 lb.    Still to go: 55.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
