i went waaayyy off the diet today. a starbucks coffee, two giant bakery cookies, three amazing cookies from a parisian bakery, and four gin drinks. can we please say "try harder tomorrow?" i was so good until like 830 pm. My class was SO stressful and my professor offered us these amazing little parisian meringue sandwich cookies. ughhh. try again tomorrow I guess.
160.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 15.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
