I was good last week with the diet, a lot of water weight lost as well. I was back at gym this morning.
It's hubby's birthday today and our 4 year wedding anniversary so lots of celebratory eating tonight and back on the 'horse' again tomorrow. I am fasting the whole day until tonight to minimise the damage.
