Yay the 141's!
I had somewhat of a lazy week this week. I still got in four days of exercise, but I usually get in my best burn on the day I skipped out on. Ah well, I'll be more proactive this week. Eating wise I'm starting to eat or become hungry simply by being in my room out of boredom. It's not a good habit. I think I can change it by keeping myself busy or staying out of my dorm room.
It's exciting to be so close to 140, it makes me a little impatient. But the best things don't happen immediately, but over time, I think. At least with weight loss it does.
This week, I want to incorperate some strength training in the workouts I do alone and with my weight loss buddy (She's really close too!). I also want to be in the 140's. My body has had it's rest, so this week it needs to behave!
