I am okay about shedding the weight. I don't feel guilty. Its time to let go of the extra pounds and the thoughts of unworthiness. I am okay as I am.
126.4 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 21.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
