6:50 am liquid fast all day ( just tea with two tsp milk ) qa
Break fast at 5:00pm
1 teaspoon CaMg
2 teaspoon Coconut oil
Blitz with rooi bos tea
Monitor hunger
Had 200 ml yogurt .. Cos of blisters in mouth 🙄
148.2 lb Lost so far: 15.2 lb.    Still to go: 26.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
