I'm glad my weight is starting to go back in the right direction. I was a little bit upset this past week and a half that my numbers were getting higher again, but I got things back in order I believe.
205.8 lb Lost so far: 28.8 lb.    Still to go: 15.8 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
