I'm disappointed that I didn't weigh in at 107 lbs. However it looks like I lost a pound from yesterday.
107.5 lb Lost so far: 2.5 lb.    Still to go: 7.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1656 kcal Fat: 67.69g | Prot: 53.35g | Carb: 207.95g.   Breakfast: Tea (Brewed), Orange Juice, Rice and Shine Organic Whole Grain Brown Rice Hot Cereal, Applesauce Unsweetened. Lunch: Simply Orange Simply Lemonade, Udi's Gluten Free Plain Bagel, Chicken or Turkey Salad, Mixed Salad Greens. Dinner: Puerto Rican Style Rice Pudding Made with Coconut Milk, Fried Egg, Udi's Gluten Free Plain Bagel, Mixed Salad Greens, Unsweetened Iced Tea. Snacks/Other: Coffee, Great Value Sausage, Egg & Cheese Biscuit Sandwiches, Coffee with Sugar. more...
