So, when I don't limit myself, I typically have 150-200 g of sugar in a day. Today I had about 20 grams! I am hungry but that is not really much to do with the diet, I just didn't eat enough today. I'm so proud of myself though!! I stared down SEVERAL amazing pastry shops near school and a whole PILE of gigantic cookies with sprinkles at the deli. I didn't get one though!! I went with some tuna salad and unsweetened tea to go with my small salad and tofu bits I'm not sure that tuna salad is allowed on South Beach, but it allows canned tuna, and it allows low-fat mayonnaise, so I figured even if it's not perfect, it's at least closer than giving up completely and getting pizza, which the deli also has. idk.
161.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 16.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
