Wow! All the dieting in the last 2 weeks has finally paid off with a 3lb loss! It may even be closer to a 4lb loss but I don't want to overestimate... better to underestimate!

It's SOO much easier to stick with the diet once I see some results.... This is the lightest I have been since June last year, and I want to keep going!! Wedding is coming up soon, that's another great motivator.... AND I'll be travelling to Jamaica for our honeymoon and want to wear some skimpy outfits!!

Jamaica, here I come.
177.0 lb Lost so far: 28.0 lb.    Still to go: 22.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
