ON MONDAY 2/15/1010 I INCREASED THE NUMBER OF LAPS TO 25. 25 LAPS IS 3/4 OF A MILE. 33 LAPS IS A MILE. On 2/24/2010 I completed 33 laps (one Mile)in 1 hour and 13 minutes.

Edited: The pool is 25 yards long, so 27 laps = about 3/4 mile, and 36 laps = a mile.
207.2 lb Lost so far: 0.8 lb.    Still to go: 32.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
