I still can't believe I can gain 4lbs in one day!! It's very demotivating. And again, I'm not exactly sure what caused it...I splurged Saturday, not Sunday...steaks, ate some of the garlic clove bread, a handful of clusters, a smores, some graham crackers and a few mini chocolate bars. That's the worst so far. But 4lbs??! :(
