1. My tech went down on Sunday. But, got it all working now.
2. Had a great crawfish boil with friends and family on Saturday.
3. weight stayed more or less the same. :-( At least I am not gaining anymore.
4. Blood sugar was 107 mg/dL
5. Blood pressure was 123/90 @ 91 bpm.
6. Ketosis @ 46 today.
7. I got a pretty good work out prepping and setting everything up for the boil on Saturday. Also breakdown and clean up was fun. Took Sunday off for the most part.
8. Trying to stay positive each day.
9. Sleep schedule is still a real issue. :-(
369.8 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 119.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
