Wow I ate 1 slice of garlic bread and coffee at night And had no sleep went to bed at 6:00 but I am so surprised at my Weight😛🤑😻
103.6 lb Lost so far: 2.9 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
