2 Days in a row without the nightly beer. That's not a bad start. Missed the gym this morning. I had to teach two classes yesterday and my knee was killing me. I hope to be back at the gym tomorrow.
197.6 lb Lost so far: 2.4 lb.    Still to go: 7.6 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
losing 2.8 lb a week
