Lost a bit of focus on diet but started gym regularly for the last couple of weeks. Some from column A and some from column B. Making progress, not always evident on the scales.
283.5 lb Lost so far: 73.6 lb.    Still to go: 41.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
gaining 1.6 lb a week
