I think starting today I am going to keep track of the decimal in my weigh-ins. This morning I weighed in only .4 lbs over yesterday but if I only use whole numbers it looks like I gained a pound. That is not acceptable. Overall, yesterday was very good. Only 2800 calories for the day, so I am cutting the intake quite a bit and I still feel good..
