For the last 10 days I have been eating a single meal each day. I'm really enjoying this style of intermittent fasting and it has improved my glucose (down) and ketone (up) levels.
214.0 lb Lost so far: 122.0 lb.    Still to go: 14.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
losing 1.5 lb a week

Great that you've found something that suits you so well. You've got a nice steady trendline downwards too

Glad you found something which works for you. Now make sure this one meal a day does not start at 8 am and finish at 8 pm then fasting until the next 8 am. – Good luck
