I did real good in the begining of the week. But this weekend I ate alot more carbs than I should be eating I had three chocolate chip cookies and a hand full of red hots. I didnt loose any weight but thank the good Lord I did not gain either. I always grave sweets right before my monthly. I do poorly that week always. I am doing poorly at keeping the diet calendar filled out.
152.0 lb Lost so far: 32.0 lb.    Still to go: 22.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

My motto for not eating sweets has been if I don't buy it, I won't eat it. Believe me it was not easy in the beginning, but now I don't even miss sweets. Don't let the fact of not gainign weight give you the urge to eat more sweets. I know because I have been there before and it never ends pretty. Please don't take what I have written too harshly. I am going to need you to remind me of this over the holidays, I am going to Orlando and I have not gotten a plan toether for exercising yet. If you have any suggestions let me know.
