My eating has been kind of out of control! and I can no longer fit into my clothes! This diet looked like it would be the most delicious out of all of the "fad-diet" programs. Also, it worked for my mom, and so I already have the books, too. Now my biggest challenge will be locating those books in my mom's tower of diet and self-help books.

I have been really inactive and gaining weight since I had surgery in November, then the holidays came and I ate everything under the sun. Then I started a new job with different hours, and I haven't been very good at planning out meals to bring to work, so I have been ordering out, fried chicken, penne vodka cream sauce, Dunkin Donuts on the way to work, etc. Also, my boyfriend and I have kind of made a habit of going out for breakfast a few times a week, and I have been having a hard time resisting the big omelettes and diners, or the french toast with tons of syrup, etc.

Hopefully having this plan will help me get back on track and jump-start some weight loss as I get back to my healthier lifestyle that has kind of been sacrificed these past few months due to laziness/business/depression/school/new job/whatever other excuse I have been able to come up with.
