Got the wake-up call and got back on the clean eating program. No more eating at the hotel carb bar in the morning. I'm gonna get back to 185, and then on to 180!
188.0 lb Lost so far: 7.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 3.5 lb a week
