Okay, I've been doing this for about a week now and don't see any weight loss since I weighed in a week ago--however I might have lost before that--155 was my baseline. Having trouble giving up diet soda--love diet mountain dew--only has a little aspartame.

You have to count each diet soda a 1 of your 3 sweeteners of your day. Also, in some people caffeine stimulates sweet cravings.
