Made my goal for January, jay!
218.8 lb Lost so far: 17.2 lb.    Still to go: 53.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Diet Calendar Entry for 01 February 2012:
1760 kcal Fat: 99.49g | Prot: 128.11g | Carb: 73.69g.   Breakfast: Fried Egg , Beef Sausage Patty or Link, Coffee (Espresso Brewed) , Splenda Minis. Lunch: Cupcake with Icing, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Mayonnaise (Low Calorie) , Fried Pork Chop, Cinnamon, Satchet, Plain Yogurt (Whole Milk). Dinner: Red Table Wine , Chicken Breast (Skin Not Eaten), Broccoli and Cheese. Snacks/Other: Endulge Peanut Butter Cups, Atkins Advantage Milk Chocolate Delight Shake, Coffee (Espresso Brewed) , Splenda Minis. more...
