Trying intermittent fasting 16/8. I know so far it's water weight being loss but I like that it's not hard to do.

I'm trying it next week. there's a challenge starting monday. could use ur advice in challenge group. Started keto diet last month, and so far it's great for me. Hoping intermittent fasting will help even more. Good luck. Kim
