Augh I don't get it. I guess I'm just eating too much. My New Years Resolution was no sweets. So far, I've been good with that. Recently I've amended this: No junk food in general. i.e., no chips, fried anything, white bread, white rice, etc either. Okay. Fine. Okay.
I also need to cut down on nuts and fruits. Healthy, I know, but I have too much fruit (dried fruit kills me) and I eat nuts handful after handful.
I want to avoid sodium and sugar but it seems to be in everything.
I eat generally healthy. Mostly vegan diet. My problem, I think, is that I eat TOO MUCH. :( I guess I need to really hold fast to self restraint. Sigh.
