I'm starting a new diet of 900 calories and allowing myself 1-2 days of 1000 calories if i am out with friends etc.
163.6 lb Lost so far: 6.4 lb.    Still to go: 38.6 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

1058 kcal Fat: 33.57g | Prot: 57.95g | Carb: 124.19g.   Breakfast: Fat Free Half and Half, coffee. Lunch: water, honey, Sweet and Hot Deli Mustard, Chik'n Nuggets. Dinner: water, Asiago Bagel, cage free eggs, deli mustard, lite mayo. Snacks/Other: swiss miss no sugar hot chocolate, water, jalapeno cream cheese, Asiago Bagel, Nonfat Strawberry Greek Yogurt. more...

That is pretty low calories!! But you know yourself best so give it a shot! :) I'll have to keep checking in to see the results! I could use a few tricks and change ups to trick up my metabolism!! ;)
