Had pastry on Saterday .. Not intermittent fasting ... No black seed oil .broke fast . Had peanut butter with Banting cheese biscuits 10:00am and mutton curry at 3:30pm . Dnt feel ravenous 2 cups tea with milk Went to gym weigh training
