Had pastry on Saterday .. Not intermittent fasting ... No black seed oil .broke fast . Had peanut butter with Banting cheese biscuits 10:00am and mutton curry at 3:30pm .
Dnt feel ravenous
2 cups tea with milk
Went to gym weigh training
146.2 lb Lost so far: 17.2 lb.    Still to go: 24.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 6.2 lb a week
